Hello my name is Fiona I’m an experienced carer who provides home care throughout Ilfracombe, Braunton, Barnstaple, South Molton and all surrounding areas.

I have over 15 years experience in providing care,
I hold an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care. I’m First Aid and Health & Hygiene trained. i’m also level 3 trained in hairdressing and very happy to offer hair cuts to my ladies and gents. I have an upto date DBS I’m fully insured and can provide references
I am a friendly, reliable, patient person who’s passionate about making a positive difference to my client’s lives. I enjoy support people in their homes and communities to maintain their independence. i’m also a big animal lover and will be most happy to help care for all animals great and small.
I offer support and assistance with all care requirements from washing and dressing, to cleaning and cooking and everything in between:
• I have experience with Moving and handling clients
• Administering and prompting medication
• Experience and understanding of dementia and Alzheimer’s.
• Experience and understanding the effects of a stroke, such as paralysis and aphasia.
• Experience and understanding of Parkinson disease.
• Experience and understanding of anxiety and depression
• Experience and understanding of clients with limited mobility, hearing and visual impairment
• Experience and understanding of Palliative care
• Experience and understanding of chemotherapy treatment
• Experience and understanding of many disabilities. Including multiple sclerosis.
• Spinal muscular atrophy.
• epilepsy and Cerebral Palsy.

my rates are :
£20 per hour
Plus a Possible small fuel contribution depending on distance
Visits greater than 3 hours or more are discounted
